Hello Spokane Valley! We have been serving this community for a long time, and if there is one thing we have learned from our time in the field, it is that honesty is the best policy. We are incredibly proud of our 5 star rating on Google, and we believe it comes down to one simple fact: we treat your yard and your wallet exactly how we would want ours treated.
Recently, we have noticed a frustrating trend. We get calls from homeowners who are totally stressed out because another company just handed them a massive bill for a complete system overhaul or an expensive part replacement. When we show up to take a look, we very often find that the problem only required a simple, inexpensive fix.
Why a Second Opinion Matters on Sprinkler Work
It is always a smart idea to get another set of eyes on a problem. Sprinkler systems can be tricky and unpredictable. A loss of water pressure or a malfunctioning zone can definitely look like a disaster at first glance. Some technicians might just assume the worst and quote you for a brand new setup or major excavation.
Our team prefers to dig a little deeper into the actual root cause before we ask you to empty your bank account. We also have a LOT of experience and can spot the true problem right away. We have saved our neighbors thousands of dollars just by taking a few extra minutes to properly diagnose the issue. Sometimes things look terrible on the surface, but the solution is actually incredibly straightforward. What you can definitely count on, is that we will always be honest with you about your irrigation system and what it actually needs.
Hear It From Our Customers
There are a lot of sprinkler repair companies in Spokane, and we truly strive to be the best and offer honest and affordable service. You do not have to just take our word for it! Here are a couple of recent experiences where getting a second opinion from American Sprinkler & Landscape made all the difference.
Sara called us after getting a shocking estimate from someone else who told her a lot of extra work would be required. Here is what she had to say about her experience with American Sprinkler & Landscape and our technician, Dan:
“Dan really took the time to figure out a pressure issue in one of our zones after another company shrugged and handed us a quote for 1k. Dan found a way to get it up and running without having to redo all the lines and it is working better than it ever has, despite all the flowers I have planted. Extremely happy, will be coming back for all our sprinkler needs!”
Sara Bryan
We also had the pleasure of working with another customer who was told he needed a costly repair. He shared this review:
“Technician was thorough and rediagnosed what was thought to be an expensive valve rebuild to a simple turn of a port. Also did a great job of running through the sprinkler system at start up to identify faulty heads and replaced them as necessary to get our system up and running at full speed.”

If you’re uncertain which Spokane sprinkler company to trust, we recommend taking a look at our Google reviews. Our customers have been very happy.
